Full dark brown calf with gilt title to spine. Leather repaired to front board and corners. A sound copy. Copac locates 7 copies at NLW(3), Cardiff, Birmingham, Edinburgh and NT. William Spurrell ( 1813 - 1889 ), printer and publisher, opened his own printing works in Spurrell Court, Carmarthen in 1840. He published a Welsh-English dictionary in 1848 and an English-Welsh dictionary in 1853.
